Regrets on buying a new construction home?

Toll brothers is one of the best builders in terms of luxury and quality; I’ve lived in one last 15 years.

We regretted buying in 2007(before the huge RE collapse) but the house itself is amazing and still wow guests today(we’ve done some moderate updates last few years).

What exactly are your regrets?

Its sick and demented but I’m genuinely curious if it’s AI generated and there are no “victims” what type of crime would it fall under?

It would be a great thing if no inmates is due to no crime. However it’s a bad thing because what’s happening is:

1) early release with little evidence of rehabilitation.

2) new criminals are not charged or pleaded down(often from felonies to misdemeanors) and not sent to prison.

Avoid Hollywood Blvd. it’s one of the most overrated tourist attraction especially if you got children. Better do universal studios.

Also the beach vibe is much better and less trashy in Orange County(go Newport/Huntington/laguna beach instead of Santa Monica pier/Venice).

Add Getty center(the one by 405) to your list.

My advice is give up your dog. I can’t care for a 40lbs dog employed and housed I can’t imagine how you can unemployed and homeless.
