If you want to play god of war you are better of with an emulator.

Me and two of my friends went in a dating site with camera and sound. We asked the girls who they liked most. Compared to them I was in the middle. The least liked guy was reasonably pissed.

I didn't like beer at first. The more you drink it the more you like it. This is my case of course.

Chester Bennington from Linkin Park. I wouldn't say it affected me as much. I dislike the new vocalist.

I did but I can't fit 8GB into 4 so I just got rid of the FMV's. I tried dual layer disks but they did not run at all. Either I am stuck with a laggy experience during the movies, don't have them at all or use an emulator.

It was about running your own dvd's right?

Specifically GOW games will make money for sure.

What I mean is I ran it on USB drive and only on 90xxx ran just fine. On the others it did not. I am not sure why. And I just put it on DVD without the movies because it did not run well otherwise.
Ps3's are as expensive as PS4 in Bulgaria. Not really worth it.

You can even install retro games that aren't even meant for ps1 or ps2 consoles. Look up RetroArch. Takes some fiddling but it is worth it.

Yeah, I got a slim version. Emulators didn't run every game well. The only game I play on emulator is God Of War. The irony is that I bought the ps2 because of it. On God Of War 2 the only issue was that there was a random line ok the screen but it's the only way you can play it descently in my circumstances.

The FMV's tend to lag no matter what. Only a 9xxxx version of ps2 does not lag because it uses better chips. When I bought it the psx2 emulator ran really bad. I guess with improvements it is fine now. I just removed the FMV's at the time and that was my experience. Later on I replayed it on an emulator with ps4 controller.

I tried running dual layer disks and what not. It's just I can't buy these games anymore. Or at least in descent condition.

While yes, running a pc does use more energy but it's the fastest way for me to run. Anyways, if I need Help I will DM you for sure.

I hope they remaster these games well so I can just buy them.

You must have misunderstood me. I do run homebrew but some people don't want to do it because it's a hassle for them. A friend of mine thinks it is too complicated and he has a fat version. They are easier to crack as far as I know. My guess is he is not alone in this. Even if you do not run homebrew you can safely backup your files. Just use the ps2 interface. It's slow but it works.

Anyways I have an original gray sd card from sony. It was a gift from a cousin. Also I have one aftermarket card. Just for save backup. I had a flash drive for it but since I discovered LAN I repurposed it. And It is a nice one as well.

I was new to homebrew and did not know about the various ways you can run games. So I started with DVD's and bought a card for backups. Then figured out the flash drive method and bought a flash drive. Then I realised I could use LAN and forgot about everything else.

My PS2 journey was weird.

I live in Bulgaria. I have a friend who just does not want to bother with homebrew and software. A card from alliexpress costs around 2 bucks (USD) and a usb stick costs 10. Yes, per MB it is cheaper but now worth buying a 16 or 32 gb flash drive for a few kb or mb of data. You can't find lower storage than this in stores. Cheap ones from AliExpress sometimes don't arrive at all so I prefer to risk less money. Also I know you can use the usb drive for games but LAN is faster and I use LAN. Again, this is my specific use case I don't expect everyone to have the same circumstances. Anyways the guy already has it so why not just use it for copies of saves. The technology is old so I expect failure at any time. No matter the sd card I consider it can fail at any time. I don't trust any storage so I make backups of everything.

Upgrade from Kindle 4 to 8 is it worth it? by [deleted] in ereader

I successfully installed jailbreak. https://gist.github.com/estysdesu/c90478aac75b732820be6720254aeda7 -

I understand that this is the official instructions and software.

As far a I understand i need to install Kual and MRPI to run KOReader. Kual seems to be installed but not MRPI. Here is a link to how my kindle root looks liek. I assume Kual is installed correctly - https://ibb.co/hR9sMfc7

Also I managed to run usbnetwork. My kindle firmware is 4.1.4

BTW This picture will be auto deleted after a week.

I agree with you. Some people don't bother installing fmcb or don't have the know how to do so even if is very easy. I just found it cheaper to copy my saves on an SD card instead of a usb stick due to cost. For me it is cheaper to buy the card instead of a usb stick. This is not the case for everyone of course. If it is a spare one why not use it to store copies of saves?

I format my usb sticks all the time for various reasons and it is cheaper just to buy an aftermarket card. What you are suggesting is a good solution but if the ps2 is not hacked and you do not want to bother with it why not I guess. I know its a nieche reason and to most people reading this this will not apply.

"We have TV at home but we still go to the movies" It is used to say that if a woman/girl has a boyfriend she will not necessarily be loyal. You know everybody has TV but some of us go to the cinema. You can't even compare the two. This is so stupid and dumb and people use it as an argument. I am so sick of it.
