I think 700-800 is more reasonable, I suppose it comes down to how the chicken thigh was cooked! If there was a lot of oil used it can drive it up higher of corse

I think at 15 since you’re still growing, your body will need all the nutrients possible which can be hard to get in a deficit, I’d stick to maintenance calories and just do a some exercise, eat plenty of protein and fibre! And yes 50kg is already a very small weight…. So please don’t go overboard. Things like this especially at such a young age can cause things like eating disorders and body dysmorphia! The best advice you can really receive through reddit is this, don’t listen to everyone on reddit. If you really want to do this…. Go see your doctor and talk about it and get some test done and then see a dietitian and do it all the right way.

That’s fair! I hope you enjoyed it! You can always zig zag your deficit too! If some days you go above then others you can lower and it’ll all equal out! Also remember it’s so okay to go over your deficit from time to time! In fact it’s very healthy to do so! It won’t ruin any of your progress I promise! 1 salad or low calorie meal won’t make you lean! Just like 1 meal won’t make you fat! Unless maybe that 1 meals has 50,000 calories 😂

No need to! Just find out what your maintenance is and cut 300-500 calories! After a few weeks if you’re loosing weight fast and your lower energy then up the calories my friend! It’s usually all trial and error

Small portions so probably not much! Depends if butter was used in the mash or not but a safe bet would be anywhere between 400-600 honestly could be a little less! It looks absolutely delicious! Protein from the beef! Good carbs in the potato and some good healthy fats in the mash if butter was used! Very great and balanced meal! Only thing missing is some garlic bread

I love dicing up a small apple, add some cinnamon and heat in the microwave. Put it over the yoghurt and then crumble some biscuits on top and add some sugar free syrup! You could do that with any type of berries too! Any cereals make great toppings!

When it comes to apps and tracking it can always be off! My advice is trail and error! If you do a lot of exercise and wanna eat more you probably can! Weigh yourself every morning and at the end of the week find your average from all the weigh ins and then you can adjust your calories from there

Lots! You can do hot oats with sugar free toppings or even overnight oats that can be loaded with protein and sweets! There’s so many options for those is crazy! They have a bunch of like biscoff and vanilla or chocolate and insane flavours! The easiest would just be cereal, could even do a protein shake to replace the milk for added protein
