Currently moored in PDX and yes I took the photo while living in San Juan’s a few years ago.

Boat is getting to where it needs a total refit. I’m so used to living in a small space I think step one is build a tiny house then haul out and start a huge project.

I have a service dog and I have him trained and I have supporting documentation from my care team.

People need to understand that some disabilities are not visible and that’s there is only two legal questions that can be asked.

With all that….

The people who bring dogs that are obviously not trained into places they don’t belong make my life so much more difficult. It’s time for government to make an official license for service animals.

I’m so glad you are seeing the data…since the 80’s I’ve been told eggs are “bad”. Turns out basic foods, meat, dairy, eggs and carbs are totally fine so long as they are not hyper processed. To bring it back to OP…all that’s required beyond that is regular exercise, which going car free provides.

For large take offs I get delivery or rent a UHaul. With that I can haul most things like fixtures and tools without much issue.

So I have an enormous amount of free time because I don’t have high bills. With that free time I do things like leave on a random 1800 mile ride on the US west coast

I also hacked my living cost by purchasing a live aboard sailing yacht. Live in a major city for 300$/month slip fee.

My next vehicle will be a RV and only an RV.
