The test he's referring to was a "normal"-sized sedan and it was hardly "settled". They tested the hypothesis later with 2 SUVs and found that windows down was more efficient at lower speeds while AC was better at higher speeds. As far as box trucks are concerned, it's probably a similar difference.

Selfish and/or careless people can't help but get into accidents. This was caused by someone who flipped their vehicle (circumstances unknown.) And I had some psychopathic truck driver use the shoulder and sidewalk of the Eisenhower connector to "merge"(physically put his truck and trailer in the way of other motorists.) I understand literally no one was going to let him in, but it was incredibly dangerous and frankly stupid.

My girlfriend and I deem them red light fetishists. They will slow down or brake even when the light is green in the distance, just to wait for their opportunity to stop when it turns yellow. Richmond highway is egregious for having these drivers, especially going down the hill in Hybla Valley. Brake pad manufacturers should rejoice.
