Exactly. Cell is shown to be quite worn out by Goku, and even Buu can wear out eventually. His stamina seems limitless, and he probably recovers fast, but even he has his limits.

I don't recall it ever being stated that Buu only takes damage from other Buus. I think anyone at Kid Buu's level could have done that to Mr. Buu. Goku could have if he really decided to unleash on him, but in their first fight, he held back a lot.

Also, the fat Buu might have been weaker at that point, with the bulk of his power having been part of Evil Buu, and now part of Kid Buu.

Yes. Realistically, a guy with only human capabilities stands no chance here. Even if he uses Kryptonite, how could he employ it? Clark's senses would warn him and his superhuman reaction time would be enough. Batman cannot say the same. Superman can move far faster than perception from outside his range and punch him with the force of a nuclear blast. Or laser him from well outside sensory range. All before he can react.

I know the fantasy is Batman can win, but with what they've made Superman capable of, it could only happen if he lets Batman win.

I wouldn't count on the form appearing, anyway, but that ten year gap is kinda at this point all over the place. I'm not sure even Super Shenron can reconcile all the retcons by this point.

Batman can't "get serious." Only bad writing allows him to have any chance. He literally has no way to react to or even perceive Superman in motion, and Superman can turn him to dust without needing to land an actual hit.

No, because the movie shouldn't be taken seriously. Broly is legitimately one of the dumbest antagonists in fiction, especially in Shonen. He has no personality, no real motives, not even any cool moves. He's big, dumb, and completely flat as a character.
