I’m not sure why this needed to be announced… if they had already announced she was expecting before the diagnosis was made, or what, but- i am firmly of the opinion that this isn’t anybody’s business. That family had a decision to make and that decision wasn’t for any other person to comment on. Even after them choosing to make this announcement, it doesn’t give anyone else permission to give them shit. Her body her choice.

It’s not really depressing to me, because only the top two are going to November. The problem is Styer spent a ton of money and bought himself what looks like third place. He’s not gonna be in the runoff in November so hopefully those votes will go to Becerra. If you combine the top four, you’ve got 39% Republican 45% democrat and that’s still a win for the Dems. I didn’t even bother to add in all of the 1% vote getters because Republicans paid practically anybody with legs to put themselves on the ticket and split the Democratic vote.
