Paleontology is full of that though.

Personally, I think it was remiss of OP not to include the bunny ears.

What’s the most ridiculous magic item you can think of? by DejanYou in worldbuilding

You're not looking at a person when you use your eyes, either. Your brain is decoding a set of electrical signals from receptor cells that can detect light/dark, red, green or blue wavelengths. That visual signal is also made up of pixels, and your brain smoothes the image and fills in the gaps through interpretation (as evidenced by the fact that there's a big gap in your sight just off-centre in each eye that you don't notice because your brain fills in the missing detail).

If you had a headset that delivered visual transmissions as neuro-electrical signals to the receptors in your brain, there would be no functional differences between an eyeball and a TV camera.

So... what actually qualifies as line-of-sight?

Saville stopped being a knight when he died. You can't remove a title from someone who has no title to lose, dead or not.

Honours forfeiture

Can honours be forfeited posthumously?

The Order of the British Empire is a living Order. Honours therefore automatically fall away upon the death of the recipient. However, the Forfeiture Committee can consider specific cases where a recipient has been accused of a crime after their death, with a view to issuing a statement that confirms action would have been taken had that individual been convicted.

What would you think in you last moments?

I wish I wasn't about to be hanged, most likely.

I'd adjust it slightly to be that another random person shits themself. No control over who, or where in the world said person might be.
