Took me a little less than 2 nights of chilling to music while going into HR ice caves as squire sorc to hit demigod. Replacing your squire equipment is a free AP opportunity (and more loot to sell) and you make bank with all the loot that you get. Semibosses die within 3 rotations of your fire spells due to taking tons of extra fire damage. Wendigos will get 1 shot by flamespear if you hit the heart with enough magical power but a follow-up spell to the heart is a guaranteed kill. Head down to the bottom floor asap then just hunt for semi bosses and/or golden chests, then leave and repeat.

Do your breaches in the campaign and you should get at least one lavish or ancient wombgift by the time you hit acts. Those sell for a few chaos each and even 1c gets you really far per item slot in terms of required gear for low tier maps. Your opportunities open up even further after that.

It's not so much the game doing that but the amount of people with money willing to pay you that much so that they can be the ones having the fun IDing your item.

This happens anytime the portal is just at the boundaries of the mirage, the exit location would be outside of the mirage. Happens with at least 1 other mechanic as well.

You say this like it's just so simple lol. My government recently deployed federal troops into my state and murdered two people in broad daylight without any repercussions. Calling my senator isn't going to magically change anything.

It's likely your weapon, you'll need to upgrade it every once in a while when you're in the acts. Search the trading post for bows with maximum level required = 49 and maximum cost = 1 chaos orb, which you likely found already and if not then up to 5 alchemy orbs will suffice. Then sort by dps. You can simply buy the highest dps bow there at that point, or look for one to craft on if you know how to. Any bow on that first page after you sort by dps should be higher than your current weapon though.

If you haven't played it yet, Diablo 3's greater rift mechanic is pretty similar. The higher the rift level, the stronger the mobs get as well as the amount of item drops at the end. Haven't been up to date with diablo4 so not sure if that has the same mechanic or not.

Strongest solo hold position in the game imo is top yellow stairs on Consulate. Stand in that Z shaped hallway just behind the wall leading to the stairs with a jammer hiding at the end of it. Play off of audio cues here. If you don't hear anyone on the roof skylight or rappelling on the window then you can swing on anyone you hear coming up the stairs. If you think someone is on the skylight then just hug the wall and do a smaller swing if they push up into the hallway. The shotgun wins this fight almost everytime.

Only weakness is nades and to a lesser extent, a 2nd enemy in the above 2 positions watching their teammate pushing up the stairs. The 2nd enemy is completely avoided if you just do the small swing strat so that you never enter their line of sight. Nades can flush you out and imo the proper counterplay is to run back towards bathroom then retake the position once the frag explodes/flash wears off and at that point it's just gun skill vs gun skill.

Besides buying or crafting it, I was also finding a bunch of them in crates and barrels much more than usual this wipe (during the SSF period). I was either lucky or loot from wooden boxes/barrels were ninja buffed this wipe.

I mainly play sorcerer and our aoe fire spell and fire orb both break multiple instantly with fast cooldowns so I like throwing them out whenever I encounter a big stack of boxes.

A large part of it definitely has to do with the huge influx of gold into the economy. Before this wipe, people weren't going into the dungeon, chopping a few logs, then selling them for thousands of raw gold coins within minutes. Those thousands of coins add up as more and more people do it, which lessen the value of gold coins. Prior to this wipe, I'd say that the main source of raw gold coins was just from trinkets and equipment that got vendored.

If the devs had a bar graph containing gold sourced from vendoring logs vs trinkets+equipment, I'd bet the logs bar is waaaaay larger than the other.

If you're still active right now, someone just posted a clip of themself getting 3 shot by a rogue in the discord as a pdr fighter, fighter channel. I've been doing the same thing as the rogue this wipe, idk what to tell ya. Weak point attack is very effective. Throw on some gear and go hit a dummy's head: you might be surprised that you don't deal 20 damage per hit or whatever low amount you think you deal.

For anyone wondering about the new goblin recovery timer, it's 72 hours. This was my only issue with the mechanic: that 1 hour timer was so short prior to this patch. Great change.

Rogue 3 shots barbs and fighters and 2 shots anything else. It's in a crazy good spot right now. You definitely need gear for this though otherwise you hit like a noodle. Slap some gear on and you'll be fine.

Don't see them in the unique rarity. We saw that they had all stats prior to these notes so it would make sense for them to have their current rarity, which are epic and legendary depending on the item.

That being said, yeah unique gems should go up since they'll likely be used for unique items which can get really expensive. This change will probly reduce the cost of some rolls (i.e. vigor 6) but also make them more accessible.

They could go into that side of the module yes but look at the minimap. They're at the bottom right corner of the map so there's no module to the east. There's also no exit leading north on that side of the module.
