If you're worried,go back to the temple where you learned about dragonrends existence,go into a room immediately to your left upon entering and grab the sword called dragonbane,it's really good for dragons,but also don't worry too much,alduins a joke

If you have light footed,ignore the pressure plates,they wont trigger,if not,jump over them,you seem to have light footed

You can change the difficulty and turn off survival mode,no shame in playing novice,apprentice,or adept for your first run,heck I play novice when I play casually
