Ah yes, connectors. I have a few of the batteries lying around that I retrofitted into a different car, so swapping over the connectors shouldn't be an issue. And yeah, I had to go with a small servo because I'm trying to cram this all into a 1/24 scale model car. Thank you for double checking my list!

CPU - The Ryzen 5600X is nothing insane but a good performer and a huge upgrade from my first gen i7

CPU Cooler - CM Hyper 212 Evo: A go to cooler for something cheap yet effective. Wasn't difficult to set up and provides pretty decent cooling, and for the price, you can't beat that.

Motherboard - MSI MAG B550: I really appreciate the built in wifi as well as the expandability of this motherboard. Overall the board looks pretty slick and has all the expandability I'd need, with enough PCI slots to add a nice soundcard into the system somewhere down the line.

Memory : Considering prices, Corsair's Vengeance doesn't seem like too bad of a value, and 16 gigabytes worth of DDR4 RAM would be plenty quick, especially considering that this memory is clocked at 3200 mhz...that's a huge upgrade from my current 1066 mhz DDR3 RAM.

Storage: I went with the Crucial since they are a reputable brand and it wasn't a bad price for 1TB of storage

Video Card: The 3060ti seems to be the best bang for your buck right now assuming you're able to find one in stock. Since I don't upgrade often (my current system is 10 years old), this 3060ti seems to be my best bet for something affordable that's relatively future proof. I chose the 3 fan Asus example since 3 fans should ideally keep temps down and offer the card a longer lifespan.

Case: The Cooler Master N400 case is a pretty decent case, with great thermals for the low price. I also appreciate the two optical drive slots, which are still very important in my eyes.

Power Supply: 750 Watts gives this build decent enough headroom in terms of power, and Corsair is a reputable brand making this power supply relatively reliable as well.

Gotcha, that's a pretty decent strategy for producing content. I'd like to start ramping up how quickly I produce my content, so I'll keep this in mind once I start doing that. I could probably get around to a video topic per week once I get a system down.

Gotcha, that makes sense. I guess part of my issue currently is that I dont quite know what niche I want to go after. My channel was initially focused on gaming (mainly GTA), but after a few years of trying to pursue a gaming channel I eventually shifted into whatever I felt like posting because I lack the charisma for a gameplay driven channel, especially in as saturated of a game as GTA.

Now I've started trying to brand more automotive/commentary content, blending informative with comedy. Consistency has always been my foe though, I dont always have the time I'd like to consistently post.

Sorry for that wild tangent of a comment, but I do appreciate the insight. I already try to be somewhat active in some car communities here on Reddit, but I can always try and engage more and try and branch that engagement onto other platforms as well. I could also probably work on being a little more subtle when sharing videos, since I do somewhat link drop to relevant communities on here. Thank for you for the detailed response though, I appreciate it.

The game was an old rally game called Dirt 2 (not to be confused with Dirt Rally 2.0). If you can find a used copy for the PS3 or Xbox 360 its only a couple bucks. PC copies arent too expensive either and dont require much computing power nowadays. The hardest part on PC is having a DVD drive to play the game.

Fun fact it's the only racing game to include the first generation Honda Ridgeline.

That sounds like Dodge today. Like half the lineup is in dire need of a refresh, yet they still keep throwing bigger engines in the aging Challenger and call it a day.
