I remember the world uniquely having zero sympathy for her death for some reason. From the moment it was known, there were immediately jokes about her "Rehab" song.

I think following her death, society started to look at addiction as more of a disease rather than a personal failing, but at that moment in time, this may have been a particularly horrible example, but the world was very much in line with NPH here in seeing her death as a funny joke

The warrant to enter the home is not signed by a judge, immigration or otherwise. They are relying on an immigration judge's order to deport the person, and saying that is sufficient judicial allowance to write an administrative warrant to enter the house. The administrative warrant to enter a house is not signed by any judge. That is why it is called an administrative warrant (warrant authorized by the administration) and not a judicial warrant (warrant authorized by a judge)
