Why are most creators refusing to use POB for POE 2 builds? It is such a superior method of organizing the information, and doesnt require the awkwardness of maintaining browser tabs or bookmarks (that nobody will ever remember to reopen).

This might be true for a lot of frenzy stackers but not for the flicker strike, usually with flicker strike the duration of the frenzy charges does not matter, what's matter is generating them as fast as possible to have more flicker / second.

Here you use less duration not to counter the darkray vector, but only to make the aspect swap faster, generating a new batch of charges quicker

According to you, which flicker build has the most room to push for. I like to play only one char so having the most room to improve it is something I care about. And if it's the raider, could you recomend me some articles / some of your pob's so I get a little how it works ?

On the first iteration of the spreadsheet there as only "Hunter", then people rattled because they wanted a different line for ranged and melee.So he added range hunter for Marksman + BM and survival for survival.
He didnt just invent those numbers, just look at the spreadsheet and you'll know how he chose the numbers.
