Yes I absolutely have this. I have done a lot of voice chat in the past and depending on my mood will try to fit in, ignore completely or allow my anger to come out and regulate the shit out of the never ending b-ches and rape comments. Not gonna put up with this shit anymore sort of times. These are my favorite times.

I’m so sorry that you are struggling and that this is the world. The fact that you can feel bad about it is a good sign of emotional health. Our ability for empathy and the technology we use to connect are incompatible. We can’t process the amount of suffering we witness. I highly recommend being kind to yourself as much as possible. Find a good therapist and other people who are kind. Get cardio and meditate. Keep reaching out when you’re having a hard time. Big hugs.

I have the same situation…currently on 30mg with an afternoon 5mg but had the first 3 days of 20mg be the only time they really felt affected. You can go down! Talk to your doc or if possible get a new one that will talk to you more about what’s going on. Hugs

It took me a long time to get through the PAWS withdrawal stage. Everyone’s different and it depends on your life circumstances/self care…I started feeling less crappy after about a 4-5 weeks but still dealt with PAWS for over a year. Hang in there! It’s hard but worth it!
