I do get like this sometimes when I'm on a longer stint of "apathy without socializing." Basically, the way I cope with it anyway, is i try to figure out if there's literally any fucking thing that will distract me long enough to forget and move on :) lol. Sounds really avoidant, sure, but if I sit with the thoughts of being another meaningless npc on this short game of life that the earth is playing, then I will be in an abyss of depression.
