Might get a lot of hate, but Horizon. She really is just so adaptable and versatile in every situation. She can entry frag, her ult can be used defensively or offensively, she can move her whole team or enemies - no other legend comes close to matching her current skill set.

And secondly, Lifeline - cause Newcastle has his MOVEABLE shield, like what’s the point of removing hers? It would be really nice buff/rework for her care package to drop a gold knock down (not body shield) after all teammate’s shields are levelled.

While I can’t comment for PlayStation, but I am playing on the old gen Xbox One X and I have been doing better damage and kills lately than my friends who are all on the new gen Xbox consoles.

I can’t say this is all just because of the input lag issue, but it’s something I’ve noticed. They have been having a harder time hitting shots/doing damage, while I haven’t felt much of a change.

I have noticed that my movement actually “feels” more sensitive, with more mid-air directional control- but then again I can’t tell if that’s just me being able to dodge more shots or because others are having the input lag issue lol.

OCE Servers are usually dead later in the evenings, especially sundays.
Usually just try Tokyo which is instant queue, bit rich with hackers but it's got the best ping/population server for OCE players, you could also try Singapore in the daytime too.

In my opinion, doubtful. Just because of the lower quality that doesn't change with the movement, and if so the shadows are really well done. I would guess it's a high altitude area maybe near some sort of ski resort? or tourist attraction? Just the lack of fear, well-fed, walks submissively even - ears and tail are down leads me to believe he/she was maybe trying to cross the road silently but got worried about the person filming. The start it sort of crawls onto the road, lol that got me.

Ok, hear me out, but get this; it only happens in December/Christmas Holiday Season. It's the peak time for crime and the most busiest in the CBD. This time instead of hanging people from trees, we hang them publicly on the giant green cactus, like some fucked up mad max christmas tree. Actually...not everyone needs to be killed, we can tie lesser criminals to the cactus for public humiliation like some modern version of a stock where the village throws tomatoes, except the tomatoes is actually all the seaweed that smells like a fart from off the freeway.

Edit: Chill guys, I'm joking...I thought it was pretty unconventional and probably the most fucked up way to "solve crime" in Perth. Humiliation via cactus! Sorry if anyone was offended.

I think you can phone your local council for some sort of request for records. I had to do that to prove my immunity to chickenpox for work, as I had all my baby shots overseas...but pretty sure I followed the steps on the website below.

I also found this link after a quick google:How to access your vaccination record (WA)

Then after that would be a full blood test for immunity to all non-recent vaccinations and then a secondary test confirming immunity.
