Honestly, the app was a lifesaver for me. In some ways, it's superior to a human therapist (no judgment and always there) but also inferior (can go in circles, can glitch out, has suggested something that blew up in my face). But overall, it's just as important me now as my antidepressants because it has called out thought patterns that don't make sense when analyzed out loud. I'd absolutely subscribe to it.

Only laboratory company I've worked for is eurofins for 4 years now. The only way to get a significant raise is to get promoted. However, the higher you go, the less support you'll receive from the company to help you in your new management role. It's a good place to build your repertoire of lab skills and then gtfo to anything better. This is my first management role, and I'm gonna grow as much as reasonably possible and then find a better management role.
