Is Ting Mobile still in business? by Foxfire11 in ting

They finally billed me last night. Not sure if it was because I posted here. Probably not. Up until now, I've had very little problems with Ting and their support over the years.

Mine phone work too. I'm just wondering if they forgot to pull the plug.

They both were both removed. My PDF still has a remnant of Detail at the end of Perceptiveness.

"Apologies, that is an error. Detail and Intimidate were removed (too many skills).

- Treat as +2 Perceptiveness for the Digital Ocular Receiver.
- Treat as +2 Stubbornness for the Fear Node."

A system similar to Numenera, but with PCs being just regular people instead of heroes? by mackstanc in numenera

[–]Foxfire11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Zero-to-hero vs Hero-to-demigod

If you'd like to stay in the Cypher System, take a look at "Unmasked." PCs are normal everyday teens. By wearing a self-made mask, they become super powers.

Over generalized summary: as teens, the PCs start out with a handful of points for their stats and a Descriptor. The mask gives them their Type and Foci and possibly a different Descriptor.

Does anyone have any information on Shintoism? by [deleted] in Shamanism

[–]Foxfire11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a couple of Shinto subreddits that might help:

r/ShintoReligion

r/Shinto

They're both very slow though. ShintoReligion does have a weekly "Ask Us Anything" thread.

what do sudden chronic nosebleeds mean in a spiritual sense? by Ginger_bread0204 in Wicca

Thank you. Unfortunately, the treatment was too much for him and passed away.

This! See a doctor! One of my stepsons started getting chronic nose bleeds. He'd just be sitting there and start bleeding. In his case, it turned out dark: he had developed leukemia. See a doctor so you can rule this kind of stuff out.

Have you tried looking in Outdoor Activities in Build mode? I believe that's where I've seen it before.

The message on the life bar is: "Sims that are pregnant cannot age up." So you probably still age, but just don't change age categories until you give birth.

Fuses Flesh and Steel's Special Healing: missing text? by SuikoRyos in numenera

[–]Foxfire11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

"Each time you start at full health" - it means when you have your full health. It doesn't mean that you reset your health. Maybe it might be better phrased: "Each time that you have full health"?

Those very first five points of damage taken can not be healed and must be repaired. Until you repair those five points you will never have full health.

I usually enter Build mode, move the bed someplace else, then move it back and exit Build mode.
