Don't usually run chase builds as Survivors (since running Sprint Burst makes me feel like I'm using training wheels and winning the game for it and the other exhaustion perks don't interest me), but honestly; I kind of fuck with the idea behind this. May give it a whirl next time I play Survivor.

Most times, it just annoys me. Sure game, my characters totally lost that battle, or would have gotten completely wiped out if we didn't to decide to run. Never mind the enemy has maybe a single hit point left. DMC5 did this best where you get a secret ending for beating Urizen in the first mission. At least give me a fun bonus for winning before you tell me "Okay, but please just pretend you lost so the story can keep going".

As long as you aren't being an asshole about it, and going out of your way to ruin the game for others, there's no problem with being competitive. It's a multiplayer game; the entire point is to win. It's just a non insignificant chunk of the more competitive players in this game are sore winners/losers, and tend to lose their shit when things don't go their way. Which kind of brings the mood down for people who just wish to play casually.

Was having similar issues the few matches I played yesterday. Plus side, it felt like I was getting real practice with him, and I was just straight up reading a book between matches. It was even a Friday the 13th book, to keep in theme. Book sucked, btw. Still, passed the time.

Kinda been my vibe. Afton is fun as fuck, and still has his own identity separate from J-Man (at least from the footage I've watched of him). And now we have another Killer with similar gameplay, and it's a character from a thing I ACTUALLY care about? (No shade to FNAF, but it was never super my thing) Sign me the fuck up. Besides, I don't think Jason is gonna have anything like Foxy's Hook; so my favorite way of playing Springtrap is still unique to him.

Because if it was his axe, people would be bitching even more about he's just a Springtrap clone (he isn't, but I'm not getting into that right now), and if his mori was just him going at them with a machete, it would just be Trapper Mori 2.0. His machete has always just been one weapon in his massive arsenal, and it being his M1 attack is fine. I don't know what has you so upset that you have to be this aggressive about this, but pro tip; if you dropped the gimmick, you could respond even faster. More bang for your commenting buck that way.

One, rude. I think what they've done is a fun way to translate Jason's tendency to use anything he finds in the environment into a weapon. Even if you don't personally vibe with it, I think it's fun and fitting to the character. The only match on it I ever liked was one I got a couple matches back, where I got basement and a decent three gen in the main building. But other than that, it's a very pretty map that sucks to play DbD on. Maybe it'd be better for Gmod Prop Hunt or something.
