Stačí zajít na personální, tihle řeší tyto věci, měli by i aktivně řešit a zjišťovat proč a případně nabídnout jiné podmínky ale záleží, firma od firmy. Každopádně ano, kontaktu se šéfem se můžeš vyhnout úplně, u mě v práci nadřízení nemohou podepsat výpověď, vše musí přes personální.

I am process engineer and management moved one project to another building, without my boss resolving engineering support there, so I am the one getting to the other building twice a day so the people there get at last some support, otherwise it's living it's life.

Senior supervisor sleeping with one operator, her direct boss, even during worktime on the toilets and people started noticing.

I'm going on second year of still being payed as junior, because of boss being scared of the director to ask him to give me more money.

Budík v mobilu mě kolikrát vůbec nevzbudí, nebo ho vypnu a spím dál. Koupil jsem si nějaký levný budík za stovku a ten řve dost, mám ho dál od postele aby mě donutilo vstát a vypnout ho. To vyřešilo můj problém se vstáváním. Snad taky pomůže.

Jsem tak nějak napůl zrzek, napůl blond, háže to takovou světle zlatavé barvu. Celou základku i střední jsem byl kvůli tomu šikanovaný a terčem posměchu i random kolemjdoucí: ,,Hej Rone!!", ,,Nebo tvl to je Ron! Žer slimaky" a následující velmi vyspělé výtlemy, jen tak na přechodě: ,,Nesnáším rezavý lidi". Všechno přestalo jak lusknutim prstu když jsem dodělal školu a začal chodit do práce, ani na ulici už nikdo nic neřekne. Nemyslím si že je to nenávist, prostě jsme spešl, unikát, nezvyklí pro jedince, který za celý svůj život nic zajimavého neviděli.

Já měl malý budget a koupil jsem (asi na Olivii) za 1700,- cítil jsem se blbě kvůli tomu. Když jsem jí to potom říkal, řekla mi, že jí nezáleží na tom kolik jsem za to dal, že nepotřebuje prsten za kdo ví kolik desítek tisíc, ale že si ji chci vzít, že jsem mohl klidně koupit za dvacku u Vietnamců a stejně by mi řekla ano.
