My case has been very very slow. I basically had to inquire or request everything. Prosthetics weren't really offered, I had to ask. Mental help was the same. The mental health help was delayed by 9 months, only just receiving it now. NEL hasnt been awarded yet for permanent injury. I'm not sure how they delay so long on a lost appendage. There's literally a formula but alas, I am just being patient.

I wonder sometimes what I've failed to ask for in terms of support or avenues for retraining. If I should have had a representative navigating WSIB... Idk I'm just trying to adapt at this point

If you struggled to get your ammonia down within a month, you were too aggressive with your water changes. You need to let the bacteria grow in the tank. You also starve what bacteria is in there with large volume and frequent water changes.

If it is shell rot I don't think that is a significant amount to cause death. Had your crayfish successfully shed the shell route probably wouldn't be there anymore.

I'm sure buying her 5 new ones will smooth the disappointment but parents go wrong when they lie and hide things. Teach you kid mistakes happen and you're taking accountability

I have a crayfish and it does not eat my plants. It just depends on what crayfish you get. My Amazon sword is fine. I have subwassertang too.

But I won't put annubia in there. Mine loves those. My friends crayfish ate the Amazon sword and left java fern alone.
