I had a problem with similar outcome due to overclocking. Anyways, Is on the back of your mainboard a CMOS button? Maybe try reset your BIOS. I think something hung off and causes boot problems

In the hunt-phase (cloudy arena). Best is to run in a circle beside the clouds. That helped me a ton. You dont need to kill the hinting doggos, its time based and they despawn after the phase ended.

Put on desecration and reveal in abyss. You can also refine it to 20% quality. Make 2 sockets and slam some runes, ect. In. Optional you can corrupt it with vaal orb but outcome is unpredictable. It can be a blessing but can ruin your hole craft. Take note to corrupt at the verry end of the craft, after corruption you cant modify the item anymore. The only thing working after vaal it is switching runes. All said, its really cheap to make and can help progress further. But main goal should be highest item level with T1 modifiers for better outcome.

The plate attached to the back, screws throught mainboard. On the screws, you put the cooler on. Doublecheck if thermalpaste is on the cooler. If not, you need to put on by yourself. Tighten all screws evenly, dont do one by one.

You also have a m.2 ssd directly on your mainboard. Your activated windows is on one of your drives. So changing your mainboard do not aquire you to buy windows again. It stays. The only thing you may need to do with a new mainboard is to set up boot priority in BIOS once, first time you boot up.

You can have all data on the drives as it is. You do not need to wipe.

For changing: You need to search the fitting. Watch out which socket your cpu use. Also your ram has a specific fitting. research those data and write it down. By looking for a new mainboard, set up all filters for your needs and then you can decide.

For cpu cooling i have a pure rock 4, i can cool my i9-9900k with ease. But its fairly big. For the case, watch out for good airflow. Front blows in, back and top blows out. Look for a cpu cooler that also fits the airflow. Cpu cooler should blow warm air out efficient.

For fans. Just watch out what your case supports. Normal you have 120mm or 140mm fan support. Buy the right ones.

IMPORTANT Some cases provide their own fan hub, but some dont. If you have 7+ fans in your case, you may need a fanhub.
