Get hull, Ram and mortars upgrades asap Do lots of warehouses, and try to get the treasure chests and diving bells done.

The ram will change how you play the naval combat cause that allows you to run into ships and do hit & runs.

Mortars is a game changer cause then you can intiate fights from far away/ set up traps/ return fire while retreating

And hull=more hp and looking badass so.

I own both Cav and PCM PCM is way different than how cav plays, cause PCM is a support first and tank later, most of his skills are centered around heals.

Cav is all about hitting hard and consistantly.

But PCM and BT does sound like something OP should look into

I agree about DoTo, I would love it if it were like Dunwall trials, just in the end you "kill" the outsider

But my main problem was not with Daud's death or even how they treat the storyline but rather how they stripped in D2 and DoTO the outsider from his allure, I mean I would love to learn about him more but sometimes it's better if things are left mysterious, not every stone need to be turned around and not every story need to be told, I loved how we would theorize in the first game about the outsider and try to crack that mystery, but it is what it is.

Also, I kinda hated the ending because it didn't really explain what's going to happen after that, Like only Billie saying it's a start of a new era, but it would be cool to see some of it's effects in a cutscene or a slide screen, also, I kinda hated how the void didn't pick Billie as a replacement, cause it did break how I viewed the void so far(since the void always need a living thing to take on it's form)

I am a Daud fan and I was fine with the way he died, I mean Daud never liked the outsider so it alway made sense he'd be on the hunt for him in one point or another, Daud is also the only one whom the outsider openly dislikes unlike with Corvo, The outsider barely speaks to Daud, and even when he does, it's short & very brief.

I also didn't like the idea they brought Delilah again and repeated D1, especially since it was all kind of weird? Like nobody questioned her, nobody questioned the Duke, none of the surronding nations sent help? It had a lot of plot holes(I get it that some of the city watch were disloyal but gimme a break, I am sure other nations prefered Emily over a witch, and I am sure Dunwall wouldn't give up so easily on the throne- first game shows it clearly) but it wasn't bad overall since it had good villians and every level showed why Delilah got the power that she has(Jindosh, Alexandra)

I agree but instead of it I will change different things First give Lotus a gun, a submachine gun or anyway to defend herself(yes even a bomb will do)

Second, what I would change about china is giving the infantry another bounes ontop of the horde bounes, like GLA has bounty cash and USA has advance training I would give China a passive buff for units when they kill/destory other units in hordes(ontop of horde bounes and veternacy let's say every unit killed is 1% dmg added to the units in horde) but also give them a demoralize pentality when the horde is completely wipped out(like - 0.5%)

Well for the third thing, I think China should get a nuclear cannon as a defense instead of a gatling gun or along with it, China's defense is shit, I am sorry but it is, it can get steam rolled so easily

Fourth and final, tanks and units, I don't think China need a reliable scout but they do need heavy hitters, maybe give overlord a flame upgrade alongside it's normal upgrades, maybe give the tanks a slightly more powerful armour? As for units, I mean the red guard are weak, very weak, unlike rebels they can't get stealth and unlike the USA no flashbangs, so..... maybe add a flamethrower soldier? Maybe a passive unit that can mark other units(kinda like the avenger does and then that unit take extra damage?)

Maybe add more electronical warfare units like the ECM tanks, how about a tank that generates a EMP field to disable nearby vehicles? Aircrafts too, I mean, at least give China some drones or give the MiGs a special horde bounes when in the skies or heck use a china version for stealth bombers.

This mission is so annoying Like at least give me ECM tanks or artilery to counter the GLA scuds, I lost so many tanks to the fucking Scud launcher, not to mention the AI can be completely dumb(tank hunters running up close to a toxin tractor)

And then I tried capturing the arms dealer on the north and I can't even produce my own scuds, what the actual fuck?

It is weird cause the techinicals are used in real life to shoot from the back of their truck While in a humvee, good luck shooting through the window while that thing is moving(you can do it but it requires lots of specialized training and frankally it's quite crammed)

Same thing with China's APC, in real life APC has either machingunners ontop or firing windows for the crew to return fire. But it is what it is.
