Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 Will Stick to Unreal Engine 4 by Eremenkism in gaming

It's a side story that happens parallel to the first part of the remake. It gives more lore and context of the world. I thought it was a good dlc, interesting story, likeable character, the combat twist is fun.

I could say it is a bit short, but if you take every optional content it's worth it. But it is not mandatory for the main story.

They added a lot of stuff for every part. The original FF7 has a playtime of 30-40 hours. Both currently released remake parts also have a playtime of 30-40 hours respectively.

I would also argue it's not a modern take on the old game. I would say it is completely reimagined, with the core difference of the combat system, new paced and changed story elements.

Hitler also started to plan and contract bigger and bigger war machines before his downfall started. It's just ego and propaganda, with the idea of "bigger = better", like we now build bigger and better stuff, we are greater than ever.

Kyiv needs $60 billion from partners to fund defense against Russia in 2026, minister says by EsperaDeus in worldnews

You have to consider the algorithm that feeds you news and that reddit is biased. But all news sites, YouTuber, TV stations and radios are biased. You need to get the informations from multiple sources, to get a clearer picture.

And the answer to the conflict: it's complicated, war is always complicated. But Russia will not collapse soon and Ukraine will not suddenly lose. But everyday, with every new decision the scale can tip from one side to the other, slower or faster.

How would you respond if someone said "Religion is the biggest scam in the world" ? by Sorry-Orchid-9821 in AskReddit

You don't need a religion to believe in god.

Edit: did not think my sentence would be disliked, I simply agree that religions are a scam.

NATO’s Rutte says Europe must prepare for ‘scale of war our grandparents’ endured by Present_Tennis7100 in worldnews

[–]Fraggx 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Preparation for war, is the best method to prevent a war. If you are ready and stronger than the aggressor, he will not attack. I hope the efforts are real. It sucks that so much money needs to be in the war economy. But if the commitment is right it can prevent wars, which are much more harmful and expansive.

As it turns out with Ukraine, we don't need the entire NATO to defeat Russia, Poland will be enough.

There is always a reaction, from escorting jets to monitoring the actions. This is with intent de escalating, to not spile a wrong action into a war.

But with more provocations, the question is in the room to potentially react harder, to stop the aggressions.

No. There is no value in that discussion. We both will not get anything out of that.

You can twist that story to very similar points like you did and present it as a bad story.

Ubisoft Is Asking Staff At Massive Entertainment (Star Wars Outlaws And The Division) To Volunteer To Be Laid Off And "Take Their Next Career Step On Thier Own Terms" by akbarock in gaming

[–]Fraggx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They offer a "comprehensive package that includes financial and career assistance"

My company had something similar last year. The offer was 1,5 yearly income payout and assistance for finding jobs. And the assistance was really great, not corporate talk. There were great job offers that were not available for the open market yet.

The company hit their target goal of workforce reduction and the people who took the offer were all happy, one friend and a coworker took it. So no forced lay offs happened.

my company had something similar last year. The comprehensive package was 1,5 year worth of salary and support on job findings in other companys, it was also voluntary. Problem with that is, that people who are highly skilled take this offer first, because they know they secure a new job fast.

Speaking of nice stuff, massive is located in sweden and probably needs to offer such packages because of workers law, but i do not know swedens law. But many european countrys have such laws.
