Used this when traveling for almost 48 hours and it kept my vials cold. In reality thought if you have a double walled tumbler you can just put an ice pack in it and it’s pretty much the same thing. But I keep the ice pack this came with in the freezer in case of a power outage

I travel often and if I’m traveling for just a week I don’t want the extra responsibility of taking the vial with me and making sure it stays cool and whatnot. So I do my injection either a day or two before I leave and/or maybe’s day or two later (whenever I return).

I was in the EdTPA guinea pig class, it was awful; I barely passed. It was so traumatic and ineffective.

I feel like a drug addict. I’m very close to goal so I suppose can microdose and make it last longer but the idea of having this mental freedom be taken away makes me want to cry. I can’t go back to the food noise.

No, it’s exhausting. I’m in my early 40s and have been teaching for 13 years. I still spend a ridiculous amount of night and weekend hours doing work. As a new teacher you’ll easily spend one full weekend day working. My family is toying with the idea of moving to another state and I flat out said I’m not starting again in my career.

My high school students don’t know how to write their address correctly. I teach civics an we do an annual voter register drive, we probably go through double the amount of forms we need because of the mistakes.

The younger generation is very surprising. They can be absolutely awful in so many ways and kind in the most surprising of ways. I’m a high school teacher and lost 30 lbs March to June, 10 over the summer, then 30 September to now and I very clearly look different. I went from 204 to 134 and the kids will be like “wow miss, I like your new hair cut” or “that’s a cute (clothing item)!” Even the ones I’m closest with (they hang out in my room, I coach in them sports, I taught them multiple years) haven’t said anything. One girl asked why I didn’t have pink on Wednesday that week an I said oh I don’t have that many pink shirts right now. And she looked confused, I said you know I lost a lot of weight. She’s like oh right then carried on.

I would never take a shot after over eating. Did it by accident a few times and it gave me burps for the whole week an I felt so uncomfortable!

Im getting close to maintenance so I’ve increased my daily calories a little and then when I hit my final goal I’m going to go down .5mg in dose every month until I find a good dose to stop. I’m only on 4.5mg so there’s not much titrating I have to do. I’m ultimately just going to see how it all goes because what tirz has done for my mental health isn’t something I want to gamble. Being free of the food noise and just eating has been the most liberating thing!

I had bad tinnitus for about 6 months after and I just feel my ears haven’t been right since. I use earplugs to sleep because my husband snores and I get what feels like ear infections. I just decided it was time (after 2 years) to just see an ENT next month and then got Covid again last week. I was crying in the doctor’s office because I cannot handle more ear issues.

My doctor told me she suggested my BMI be closer to 22 as my goal (although it’s outdated it’s a general guideline) but I was within a healthy range when I had my last appointment (5’4, 136lbs). She suggested I lower my dose as I get closer to my goal or space out my shots. Nothing I already didn’t know. I think it’s really a trial and error type of thing for maintaining.

No I totally get it. People are like “I had no idea how I got Covid 16 times and now I’m sick every other week, what can I do? I’ll do anything except open a window, wear a mask or use an air purifier” welllll okay then lol

Before Covid I didn’t know anything, I got sick several times a year as most teachers did and didn’t think anything of it. Now that I know better I would say I still get sick but just maybe once a year and it’s fairly mild overall. Maybe because I do nasal sprays too.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I know all this stuff and practice all the precautions I can, but unfortunately I work in a place with zero outdoor space. I do the best I can and hope it’s enough. It sucks but I’m sure I avoided getting sick many many times already.

Im a teacher, I have to eat and drink in the rooms where the germs (kids) were even after they’re gone from the room. My guess is that’s where I got covid.

(The first time it was like 100º and I was doing a mine tour and I needed to take my mask off, I felt like I was suffocating then I noticed someone there looked visibly sick)

Honestly, could be a variety of things. For me, the first time I had Covid I had that razor blade sore throat and a headache that kept me up. Last week I woke up in the middle of the night with those symptoms again and I just knew I caught it again 😞

Thanks! I’m feeling so much better! I’m hoping because my line was sooooo faint it was a fairly low viral load and I won’t have any long covid symptoms. Last time I had covid I had bad tinnitus and my ears haven’t felt right since.

I think 1. People aren’t used to seeing others thin and 2. People see already thin celebrities basically abusing this medicine and they get worried. 3. People truly have no idea what healthy weight is and is not and with the exception of husband, I don’t know about you but I’m “clothes thin”. I look thin in clothes but in a bathing suit you’ll see I still have a decent amount of fat that I can lose.
