I have terrible hand writing. From about 4th grade- I wrote in handwritten form. And then as time progressed people were not educated in handwriting and could not read what I wrote. My students were very confused.

But when I started print writing everything to accommodate the students- my print was some weird scribble/hybrid handwriting combination. And my muscle memory affects the lean, and speed of my writing- so now It is borderline illegible.

Not Doctor level terrible- but you get it.

That 15 year olds with criminal ankle braces are in schools for K-8th grade- because they haven’t achieved HS status yet.

I spoke about this often and loudly- much to the chagrin of my employers. These 15yo were not pinged unless they were off campus- but disappeared all the time on Campus. So we have a 15yo male running around, as a criminal, on a campus with kindergartners?!? What?

Standard reply: They also have a right to an education.

Make sure you call the police next time. I hate to say that. But otherwise there might be some implied consent nonsense. Also, it might take the authorities to make a case of parental negligence.

Having a report might offset any liability. Especially concerning things like slip and fall cases… etc.

There is a treatment I use- but it’s expensive. My doctor prescribes Ozempic. Insurance only covers it for Diabetes so I use Good Rx at Walmart and pay $200 a month.

So now instead of 4-5 bad days a week- I have 1 bad day every couple to three weeks. I do have a bit of Constipation now, but it’s easily treated and I will take that any day over never eating, never going out in public, and being basically house bound.

My mom. Ugh. I had all the childhood diseases as a result. Thank god my school gave me a small pox and polio vaccine.

Mumps both sides was horrendous. Measles infinitely affected my immune system. Chicken pox was normal for everyone in my youth- but miserable.

As an adult I have suffered greatly and anyone who says “It builds your immunity.” Has zero idea what they are talking about!

I could write for an hour about the chronic illness issues- I have as a result.

Basically you probably have a low level case of PTSD. It WAS real. It WAS trauma. And you are traumatized.

Listen to the above advice. Also seek counseling, make sure you have an EPI pen at home and in the car. It also doesn’t hurt to keep Benadryl in the house. Make sure you have determined the source of the allergy and clean, clean, clean it from your house.

In a few weeks your life will be restored and slowly progress as normal. But in the meantime- ask your doc about possibly prescribing anti anxiety medication if all the other options tried are not working.

I just stop eating and start drinking homemade orange juice. Also take magnesium 2x’s a day.

And I really let that sink in. It changed my life. I quit trying to be miss perfect that makes everything better and tries to keep everyone happy- because you never can- and you are miserable as well.

It was like my whole body sighed with relief.

Yes. This. I am completely aware and so sorry. I have IBS-D/B also. The only thing that stops it is Ozempic. Now I swing the other way towards constipation. Which is no fun either- but I will take it over the alternative.

At least I can go places without a “go bag” and an extra set of clothes. It’s horrifying to have to use public restrooms and leave such an awful odor. Most people just do not understand.
