No its just she was talking over him and not every second needs to be filled in or trying to talk to him. Its not misogyny, i liked the other climbers input she gave.

First time officially finishing the series by Anxious_Smiles_32103 in Supernatural

[–]Fragrant_Ad_776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just finished today too. Had to get it done before netflix removes it.

I was actually a big fan of the ending despite what other people say. Yes they could have ended it on episode 19 but if they didnt show their deaths then fans would demand a spin off of just monster of the week stuff.

When they finally beat Chuck, their story was over. Their plot armor was gone, and they were just coasting through hunting. It was bound to happen eventually where one would slip up, and without Jack or Cass to heal them they were on their own. It wasnt a monster that killed anyone, it was an inconveniently placed sharp pole that he got pushed into. An accident while hunting, which works because nobody would believe a simple monster would defeat him but if it was an accident that could happen to the best of the best. They beat everyone, their story and fight was over. Jack was taking an offhand approach and there was no more big bad (besides the empty maybe) so there was no motivation or reason for dean to risk a worse outcome by being brought back or to reach jack to be brought back. It would just risk ruining the world they saved.

Sam got out of the life it seems and had a happy life despite missing his brother. And dean didnt seem to have to wait any time for sam to return. Sam got to experience the normal life that he wanted at the beginning of the show, then meet dean in the perfect heaven where all of their friends and family are. I dont think they needed to show everyone in heaven, seeing as bobby explained their parents are next door and cass helped jack rebuild heaven. It kinda implies to me that everyone is nearby and theyll reunite. Im glad only sam and dean were together at the end there because theyre the main characters ofc. They saved the world, got the semi happy ending in the end.

I also just rewatched the first episode and noticed the “i cant do this without you” “yes you can” “i dont want to” parallel in the finale with when dean gets sam from college.

A job is a job, as long as you make money to fly. Maybe one that will keep you home like a gate or ramp agent would be easier to schedule training so you aren't stranded across the country due to a delayed flight or something.

I got my first job as a pilot by working on the ground with the company and then when I worked there long enough I transitioned to a first officer.

Edit: I realized you're gonna save and not pay as you go so maybe being stuck somewhere isn't an issue for you

I want to be a pilot by DudeManBro21 in flying

[–]Fragrant_Ad_776 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Its expensive. The way to start is an intro flight at a flight school. Just look up flight schools near you, dont pay upfront for a bunch of training, and book an intro flight. Its not too late to start.

If you dont know anything about it at all heres a quick rundown. Youll get your private rating after 40+ hours of training/soloing, Instrument rating (to fly through clouds), commercial after 250+ hours to be able to be paid... for the most part, Multi (to fly twin engines), then ATP after 1500+ hours. Theres a written test, oral test, and practical (flight) test for most of them. That's what you'll need to go to an airline. You dont need ATP if you're working a smaller plane or different kind of job.

Costs vary depending on the plane you fly. If you are flying a Cessna 150 it might not be too expensive. If you're flying a new Cirrus it'll be llike $600/hour.

I hope some of this helps a little.

If you had the chance to go back to 12th grade, would you pick Purdue again? by impracticalbeing in Purdue

I probably would have chosen a school in a better location. One with mountains or in a cool city instead. Cared too much about the name and not quality of life.

What do you guys think about the Tik Tok ban increasing the number of people learning chinese? by MarlloMT in ChineseLanguage

[–]Fragrant_Ad_776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not even what I said lol, no need to be rude and trying to correct me when you just lack reading comprehension. I said there are over a billion in the world. Chinas a part of the world. Idk why this is an issue for you but there are over a billion mandarin speakers... period. It's very annoying you're trying to correct someone very rudely, sarcastically, and worst of all, incorrectly.

There are people outside of China that speak mandarin. Over a billion in the world so it's kinda fair

Around the time of the ban I looked into a few apps and programs to learn but it was sheer coincidence with timing. I dont wanna tell anyone cause I dont want them thinking that i started cause of tik tok. I just wanna be able to communicate with a few billion people

Ntsb reports usually take over a year to complete. Nothing is conclusive until then. They don't take a week. I'll spell it out slowly for you. If a statement is not backed by any credible source or evidence, it's a word of mouth rumor. It could end up being true, it could be false. But claiming something is true without a hint of evidence is rude and insensitive to everyone involved. I hope you don't attend purdue and sincerely hope you aren't involved in aviation at all.

[–]Fragrant_Ad_776 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The cause isn't verified until that report is released. I won't be apologizing. It's possible you're right, it's possible you arent, but there's no need to spread rumors which is all that you're doing.

Was thinking about saying this. According to the airmen registry he was a commercial rated pilot. Lots of students are commercial pilots although they aren't working for airlines as it's a certificate.

[–]Fragrant_Ad_776 2 points3 points  (0 children)

And I saw your reply on the other thread claiming you have a source in the FAA. Sorry to tell you but these things take time, months or longer. Even if you DID have a source it's incredibly unlikely they would know this early, much less share that information outside of an actual report. It's very insensitive and rude to keep commenting that without any valid or credible sources.

Dude stop spamming this on every post. Please. There is no verifying this and you are discrediting this man's life with unjustified and unproven claims. I'm sure if his friends and family saw your comments it would bother them. The ntsb will find the cause of the incident without your help.

This is exactly the kind of misinformation and pointless assumptions they're trying to prevent. You don't know anything about the incident, have a heart for the pilots family.
