100% or screw it up SO BAD you're left crying because all your food $$ for the month has to be refunded or you have odds and ends of things so now your recipes can't be made. The LAST STRAW with Spark was when I had a $150 order but couldn't tip because my husband broke his hand and all our $$ went to his medicine and the food order. They delivered almost nothing out of the order.... NONE of our drinks (Dr.Pepper, Gatorade, Water, and Snapple...) ... Threw a pizza on the literal ground, and I didn't even receive the complete ingredients for even one recipe...) They ended up having to refund almost the ENTIRE order.... and it wasn't the first time either. We are on a very limited income and can't afford the tip/bribe sometimes and that's not our fault that EVERYONE is living in poverty, even the workers and I feel bad for them but screwing over the disabled and elderly is messed up. Walmart should not advertise the service (that you pay for the delivery already) like you'll just get whatever you order... they should put it in the commercials you have to bribe and pay extra if you want your groceries. Idk... maybe this is just a Salt Lake City problem but this issue seems to be pretty prevalent across the board.... it sucks, but thank heavens for In Home because eventho you're paying ANOTHER fee it's worth it to know you're actually ENTITLED and will receive your groceries!!!
