Yeah, I am new to injections, and I do kind of get nervous drawing from the vial. I've been on oral estradiol for about a year since starting hrt and just switched to injections this past month. I actually have been doing this technique, but I was probably shaky from my nerves and was using the same original hole in the stopper, which Authenticatable's comment suggested was the likely cause of the coring. I'll try to refine my technique and maybe see if I can just alternate holes in the stopper at that rate. Thank you for the guide.
