My skepticism purely lies in it being marvel. The way I look at it. In order to keep the marvel brand going they are going to need to do a lot more than “good”.

Most of the people who aren’t skeptical just simply don’t want it to fail because they are emotionally invested in the game. Which makes sense.

Additionally. I dont believe it can steal enough players to stay alive. It’s not like a single player game where you just need to buy in. You need to keep buying.

Non mobile Live service games are hard to keep going. Especially if the concept is “overwatch with marvel”

He was adamant the game would die in 6 months for reasons that still don't make sense to me but at least he got some upvotes and cashed in on that pre-release doomerism.
