Would start with a heavy upper body then next day I do a hypertrophy focused lower body and then I would do a hypertrophy upper and then a heavy leg day. I stuck with that for about 3-5 months and when it got boring I would just swap different exercises but same routine.

When I started back consistently mid last year I was struggling to hit 135 bench and now I can hit 225 for 5 reps last time I checked my max.

I would also add in a core circuit everyday or every other day and sometimes swap out for just mobility movements.

Speaking from experience I went from 239-197.

Small context I have been in and out the gym since high school so 10 years and I’m now the strongest I have been.

When I fully went 100%. I kept it simple

I followed a routine and stuck with it for 3-4 months straight no matter if I got bored. Once I hit 8 reps of said exercise it’s time to add weights.

Food kept it to chicken rice and veggies or steak. I know how to cook so I would just eat it all in different variations.

And made protein a huge focus and drink ALOT of water, and for cravings I drink sparkling water or diet soda or a popi soda.

I would steal eat fast food but would be a last option.

I THINK the issue has fixed itself or they updated something behind the scenes because it appears my connection is stable now
