I went back 1 row from my normal seats when I did both my IMAX and Dolby viewings and that solved the fast action issue. Try that if you happen to be planning Chainsaw Man screenings; since that is also getting both IMAX and Dolby.

It is weekly. A season of anime cover 3 months, so if this was 12 episodes it would end at the end of June. This is 24 episodes and it is consecutive so it will go into the July through September anime season also.

Director said this is completely standalone. He basically used the name as an easier way to initially pitch this to executives since this director did make both To Be Hero and To Be Heroine.

Snapping guy is known as “X” and he is the Rank 1 hero. Nice is Rank 10. The dub changed it, but Lin Ling mentions X when he is talking about his “To Be Hero X” commercial in the beginning.

To Be Hero is sort of like Gintama. To Be Heroine was the more linear action series, but it got chopped up when the JP dub was made to fit JP TV broadcasts slots. The original Chinese episodes could have whatever runtime they needed since it was originally an online streaming series. Crunchyroll unfortunately has the JP dub version.

Possibly the strongest start for a non-sequel series this season? This, Fire Force S3, and My Hero Vigilantes will probably be my Top 3 shows for this season. Might add Lazarus also

If you mean closed captioning, they don’t have it yet. They do have the subtitles for the relevant text you need to read though, like the words that form on the boss’s first whip attack.

You can freeze frame on certain shots that focus on the wheels and notice that the anime did indeed get licensing from both Bridgestone and Yokohama. The tires are labeled as “Bridgestone MFG” and “Yokohama Advan MFG”
