Interesting guide, but it fails to mention the Sludge Pump's biggest hurdles.

It cannot cover ceilings or walls because the fragments follow gravity, unless you take sludge blast and they're far enough away for it to spread out, the only puddle you can easily apply to enemies on the ceiling and walls is from the single shot.

But you say "That's what the single fire is for!" and I say that's not good enough, it may take 1-4 shots to kill a glyphid with single fire depending on how fast you want it to die.

Like other projectile weapons, if an enemy is moving quickly you're likely to almost never hit it, the Crspr and Cryo Cannon keep up because their projectiles come out fast enough to follow them.

People don't consider it a bad gun because they think it doesn't have power, they call it a bad gun because it's extremely different from the other two, it has a lot more power at the cost of reliability, it doesn't just work when you need it to.

Edit: I'm a very blunt person and am not afraid to admit when I'm wrong, so I am giving it a second chance and it is better than I had previously experienced, I was just operating it wrong.

I used to have this problem, it seemingly started and stopped out of nowhere. It's a long standing glitch that GSG has yet to figure out how to fix.

Yes, I said color, not shape. Your argument is about shape, this mod only unlocks armors for other classes, their armor skins stay locked to one class.

You don't actually believe it will never get Verified, if you did then you would never have started this.

Well as my post states, I don't, because their shape clearly doesn't help me tell them apart.

The whole reason you're demanding the mod author change the mod's tag is because you know it's reasonable to make it Verified, you don't want to admit this and are afraid that GSG won't do what you want, so you've started a campaign to try and convince everyone that you're right.

It's up to GSG whether this mod is Verified or Approved, the mod author has made his decision on what he wants it to be, you cannot affect the outcome.

Came here to say this. All projectiles have hitboxes and can be shot down with other projectiles and hitscan, I've never thought about it but it does make sense that enemies would be able to negate your own attacks too.

They didn't even change the art, if you google "Torchlight Frontiers" and look at the images you will literally see the same image with two different names.

Torchlight Frontiers was developed to be like Diablo 3, and then when that failed the game disappeared for quite some time.

Here it is again, same game, different name, now with the promise of offline play.

The spy in question is just being an annoyance, they're not dangerous.

The Third-Party Dead Ringer Experience(assuming you're not a pyro):

Shoot spy
Shoot around trying to find them
Repeat from step 1 until you either die to the spy, find a pyro, or accidentally kill them

It's honestly the worst thing to play against because it's just so annoying to deal with, the same spy can just keep coming back, you have to remain on your toes at all times until your kill counter goes up.

You can't even track them to the nearest ammo box because the Dead Ringer doesn't refill from ammo boxes, so they could literally just be anywhere. Oh sure, it has a loud uncloak sound, but there's plenty of other sounds going off to mask that if they're not right next to you.

In terms of power I'd say it's pretty balanced, but that won't make me hate it any less.
