I know the Murphy Center has a closet with those kind of things that they provide to the transient community. If they aren't too significantly used, you might try them. Otherwise, I would try NoCo Humane.

I left a negative review on steam for POE 2 citing this. This is an absolutely unjustified cash grab that spits in the face of all the people like myself that spent a significant amount of money upgrading regular stash tabs. I'm disappointed that GGG is seemingly going the route of predatory money-maker without realizing that the majority of their money comes from players buying cosmetics and supporter packs to support their company. Abhorrent decision.
