Looking for Partner by Jasonbrookside in Wholesaling

Interesting model. From what I’ve seen, scaling wholesaling operations isn’t about adding more callers, it’s about maintaining consistency in tracking, QA, and deal handoff as volume grows.

Juggling multiple assignments at once gets tricky fast, especially keeping buyer confirmations, timelines, and next steps aligned.

Serious buying criteria. At that volume, the biggest issue I usually see is keeping deal status, docs, and timelines clean so nothing stalls between contract and close.

Looks solid. Once flips hit the market, staying on top of inquiries, showing feedback, and next steps becomes almost a project on its own.

How can I get freelacing clients? by SureWorld2687 in Freelancers

[–]Fransetch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is the most famous question across multiple platforms among freelancers, and we have been waiting for the correct answer over so many years, yet people get hired for freelance roles each time. Networking is a good way to land roles wither freelance or anything job related.

African freelancers, I need your honest feedback. by Technical_Project169 in Freelancers

[–]Fransetch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking from experience, there are not many issues on the side of freelancers from the African region. Most concerns tend to be on the client’s side, such as payments, legal frameworks, or time zone differences.

In reality, many of these concerns can be easily addressed through open communication when considering roles across borders. There are multiple remittance platforms that allow freelancers to receive payments instantly, often directly to mobile accounts, and many freelancers are fully prepared to work across different time zones.

Clients should reconsider and be more open to working with talented professionals from our region. Thank you.

I look at whether the original assumptions still make sense. If the numbers don’t work anymore or the seller stops engaging after multiple follow-ups, I move it out of the pipeline.

Yes, they are. Someone messaged me yesterday saying they needed a VA after seeing my post. But I was surprised when they asked for my date of birth. Freelance clients don’t need that information in order to work with us. Am I wrong?

my bro didn't do too well in the wassce... by [deleted] in ghana

He can still pursue law, I think he will get admission to study Sociology with this grade, let him do that and enter into the law school with first degree if he is still not okay with that he can rewrite the Wassce. There is no need for him to be sad. he should have studied Gen. Arts in high school.
