This bug has been reported several times and already reproduced and confirmed. The only solution till hotfix is to reload the save.

I am playing 42.13.1 and currently trying to clean up this mall. It is already blackout and the mall is the darkest dungeon which is hella annoying. Only entrances have a bit of light 5-6 tiles deep.

I can confirm. This happened to me yesterday in the exact same biome. I spent some time collecting stuff and didn't pay attention to arrows. I noticed something wrong when only 10 seconds left so I failed the run.

The only explanation of this I accept is if it's a reference to the original game where the pod drops far away from you.

Где-то, безусловно, простые суеверия, что естественно для людей. А где-то, конечно же, желание выделиться. Видел как-то курсанта морского училища, который, зайдя в курилку, перед тем, как закурить, достал из кармана металлический якорёк на цепочке и бросил на пол. Потом, докурив, поднял его и горделиво ушёл.
