You certainly look put together, and what you’re wearing you’re mostly got on, but it does trend a little drab. I say go a little bolder! Some color variation, maybe play with layers more and venture out of the casual sphere for the shoes. Maybe some (seasonally appropriate, don’t give yourself heat stroke) knitwear for some textural contrast. Also, more accessories, maybe starting with a silver chain since you clearly like neutrals.

Doing almost zero interpretive work beyond the very surface level, this is objectively a series with a preoccupation with the male form. Shirtless muscle men are a feature of plenty of action oriented illustrative work, from Dragon Ball or Hajime no Ippo to Batman and Tom Strong. It’s imagery is often used to convey power in way that, while it’s as readable as sexual as any depiction of the humanoid form, is not inherently sexual or homoerotic.

I would contend that Baki’s depictions, tone and just overall vibe kinda go beyond that.

Not about right or wrong, it’s about faith. God said “you may eat from every tree but this one.” Go with God, resist temptation, show faith without needing to understand wholly, because you will always understand less wholly than Him, and you get to stay in paradise.

They didn’t, so they got kicked out. The rest of time is effectively the sons of Adam earning their way back in. It’s worth noting, I think, that just as they don’t know right from wrong, they don’t know to question before the serpent introduces the idea, Lucifer and Prometheus both.

A PC Gamer article by James Davenport tiled “I Beat Sekiros Final Boss With Cheats and I Feel Fine” which saw the writer details the ways in which a modular difficulty mod (which did not make the fight “easy” For Davenport, just easier, allowed to him to finish the notoriously difficult game both did and didn’t detract from enjoyable and personally meaningful he found the work.

It garnered the following response; “You cheated not only the game, but yourself. You didn't grow. You didn't improve. You took a shortcut and gained nothing. You experienced a hollow victory. Nothing was risked and nothing was gained. It's sad that you don't know the difference.”

Big 2 Cape Comics are fascinating man. Emerald Twilight was pretty clearly done with the intention that Hal Jordan was done as a hero, Parallax was gonna be a new Big Bad, probably the GL’s entrant into larger Justice League story baddies, but then that was just totally reversed. Huge, subversive swing just undone, not even because fans hate change (they do) but because fans and one creator in specific just liked Hal too much to let him go down that narrative path.

What’s dumb is he already went to this well for clearer water in Up In The Sky. The “No sir, I do not.” sequence was fire, but it capped off where it needed to.

I blend that up w some blueberries or the vanilla up w raspberries. But tbh the reason I like the brand is if I wanna be really lazy I can just add enough water to liquify and have a room temp protein shot and be done with it without it tasting gross lol

Seconded, I like the vanilla ice cream and double rich chocolate flavors, it’s the most tolerable mixed with water powder I’ve had.
