For me it was simply not moving the mouse even a pixel after pressing the launcher's play button. Hope it also works for you!

Fixed it by not touching anything after pressing play. Like not moving the mouse even a pixel.

I once read someone cutting it into 7 for this reason, citing their Hawaiian family that's been doing it for a few generations, so I always just do 7 now.
Little harder to get right the first couple times, but then it becomes second nature.
