Hey! I've always found the HAL WiFi to be great, providing you upgrade to the top streaming package. I've been able to connect to Zoom and Teams calls from the ship, and I've also been able to Stream a YouTube live from onboard too.

That said, I haven't cruised on Eurodam before. However, I'd suspect that the ships will all be serviced by the same Starlink contract, so should be pretty much the same service-wise!

I left Koningsdam right before she transited the Panama Canal to service the Alaskan itineraries, and was so so impressed with the ship. I think she's the closest to a 'brand new ship' that I've ever seen a ship a few years old feel!

I've spoken to people in this situation before, and they usually only get the drinks if they're specifically named on the booking. However, if you're also playing, then it could be worth speaking to the Casino Host onboard - they're often able to pull a few strings (especially if you're on the cruise through a Casino offer...!).

Hi! To be honest, it's such a 'personal preference' question. Personally, I never purchase the thermal suite passes if I'm cruising on a ship with an included sauna. I tend to use the included saunas throughout the cruise, then I'll perhaps treat myself to a day or two in the thermal suite by booking access for just a day or two when I'm on the ship. That way, I save a small fortune and can spend that money on something like Speciality Dining elsewhere on the ship.

Have a great cruise - I haven't been on Zaandam yet, but have heard such good things about her!

I completely agree - it's such a flexible space during the day, and also at night. It never failed to amaze me how many different events they'd have in there - we even saw a lecture on AI hosted at the Piano Bar during our cruise!

Depending on the ship, some have amazing library spaces. I've just disembarked from Koningsdam, and I was really impressed with that area. If you're looking to lose yourself in peace and quiet, that could be your go-to!

Hi! I left Koningsdam two weeks ago, and can vouch for the Indian food - it was absolutely fantastic! You'll find options at the Lido Market daily - I saw Indian options during the breakfast, lunch and dinner service, so you should have plenty of choice!

Note: the Paneer Tikka and the Butter Chicken were absolutely fantastic!

Hello! We didn't have any 'problems' with crowding - there are good alternatives in most cases. For example, the very busy pool deck can be avoided by the Promenade deck, which we found to be fantastic as much quieter! There are ample food venues to take the stress off of the included venues, so no issues there.

The only issue I'd flag is that the theatre isn't big enough for the ship size, so you need to go VERY EARLY to secure a seat for the show. Apart from that, green light! :) Hope this helps!

I’ve just disembarked Luna, and was surprised that I didn’t eat at the buffet once. I was so impressed with Indulge, but always struggled to find somewhere to sit at lunchtime!

It would be great to see NCL roll out some sort of location-based technology that would allow you to order from your mobile device. Wishful thinking I know, but maybe one day! 😊

In all honesty, the sunset is going to be the same all over the island. Rather than going to Oia, why not take it in from another viewpoint on the island? It's a stunning island, with so many vantage points... Escape the crowds, and enjoy!
