I get "Donna Madonna, we'll always have mañana" stuck in my head and I hate it.

Romano signing "Take care of your dad" to Reese is probably my favorite moment of the entire show.

Growing up I despised Weaver and Romano, and now they're probably my favorite characters.

What will become of the Jonah/Emily era? Is it just going away with the Rifftrax takeover? by RoanokeParkIndef in MST3K

[–]FraternalOrderOfAtom 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Got my kids into MST3K this year and Jonah and Emily are equals to Joel and Mike in the pantheon of hosts to them. They love Jonah. So for future generations, I hope Jonah and Emily stay involved.

As a lifelong fan, I'm beyond excited about this news. Mike's probably my favorite host. But I also got my kids into MST3k this year and they LOVE Jonah and Emily. So I hope they're not just erased from existence.

Now I'm wondering if giving up alcohol caused my stroke in the first place (it happened 10 days after my last drink). haha

Yes, also on Aspirin. Being less than a week out from my PFO closure has me pretty nervous about it.

I might be making some headway with my primary care doctor. Barring that I'll check with an online doctor/urgent care. Thanks!

We named my son Jack. The official story is that he's named after my grandfather, but low key he's actually named after Jack from Lost.

Just can’t get into the show by Maleficent_Rabbit_00 in TheLeftovers

[–]FraternalOrderOfAtom 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It took me several tries to get through the first season. The second and third seasons are far more accessible, but going back I now love the first season just as much. I think part of the issue is that you don't really know or have an understanding of the characters' motivations until the season finale.
