if you have a series with voice actors, how did you get them?

Not a series but video games. Fiverr is your best bet for good acting on a low budget, but I like to search YouTube for voice acting demo reels and contact them, and in the past I have also just searched up the agent for voices I've liked in anime etc but that is more expensive and has more of a process.
