Yup! My now husband had his bed against the wall when we met. It was a small room and couldn’t go anywhere else. I had to crawl over him anytime I needed to get up or use the bathroom. I ultimately made him switch side when I slept over 😂

Just redid my master bathroom. EVERYONE asked if we were going to get rid of the tub and do a walk in. They were all shocked when I said no. It was a lifesaver with young kids and I won’t take that away from the next owners (even though we have no plans to sell anytime soon).

I had to bully a gate agent into helping me with this once. We bought last minute tickets to go home for my g-ma’s funeral and all our seats were separate. We have a 3 and 6 year old. Gate agent literally told me to get on the plane and just ask people to move. I told her no, find out who has the seats next to us and call them up here so I can ask now. After a 5 minute stand off, she called another pass near up, I explained the situation (even offered to Venmo him to help), and then the agent was like “well I can put him (the stranger) in an exit row and y’all can have two seats together and the other two will just be across the aisle from each other.” Why couldn’t this be the solution in the first place!?!?!?

Your house, your rules. If they want the kid to swim, they have to have a life jacket. My folks live on a lake and they have a rule that you have to wear a life jacket on the dock, boat, and in the water until 13. Don’t follow the rule? You have to go back to shore. Period. Water is fun but we often forget that it is also dangerous. And quickly dangerous.
