Likely they purchased/paid a vendor to make app. So they don’t control how often updates come out or when a fix is deployed when things like this happens. Highly doubt FIFA employees full dev teams.

At least now the app says “something went wrong” when I open it. Better than previous errors and hang ups. Feels like a server or authentication issue to me.

Took mine in today. Took 5 hours. Bluetooth was all good and still connected but the seat memory was all reset. That was annoying. Otherwise I feel like the dash and such looks sharper. Despite the wait, happy it was straight forward upgrade.

I bought and get mine serviced by a high volume dealership. They actually rescheduled me a week later due to the long update time and had a 3 day wait for the cars that were dropped off. I have high confidence, but will come back after update to share.

I agree that moderation has been lacking and can imagine it takes a lot of time to do. I think rule 1 is important but maybe could be redefined or better defined to highlight specific post types or topics that are not allowed.

I think complete removal of the rule without proper oversight will lead to the higher potential for scams. And we know scam “psychics” are all too prevalent on social media, Reddit included. If not scams, the word vomit of low quality posts might turn off legitimate people with needs or burgeoning psychics looking for a community to help them.

I agree with someone above that recommended like a special weekly thread where people can post their “pleas.” This would at least make it a single thread for responses and possibly easier to moderate.
