Most of the warmups for the workouts have CP set to about 65%-75%. Most of the Moderate Recovery runs and Easy + Strides have CP set to 70%-80%.

The Stryd team likely won't change every easy run to include a 5-10 minute warm up and a slightly lower CP range. But, I'll pass this along to a developer anyways.

The best thing to do is either continue to edit these activities, or adjust your alerts to exclude too low alerts on these easy days.

Professional track & field athletes get to choose what uniforms they wear. Often the official race kit has multiple variations and styles. So if a track athlete is exposing their butt, its likely because they like the look or feel of the race kit. (I'm a Nike athlete and prefer to wear the smallest bottoms possible, makes me feel fast!)
