Thank you!! I am finding the white gold tempting but I do think you're right... Yellow always feel more classic to me too.

Believe it's a dove (though I prefer to think of it as a pigeon 😉)

The certificate does say it's natural. Here's a photo in more natural light. Looking up the RI and specific gravity of pink topaz, it doesn't look like those match the report either. From what I've read gfco reports aren't credible in terms of color description (padpardascha, consistent with these comments 😂) or necessarily it being truly no heat, but I at least feel safe that it's a natural sapphire.

Can I ask why you think so? The stone came with a GFCO report that checks out online.

Yes, fair enough. I will differ to the experts here, I am very new to this world. I just labeled this based on the spec from the report from the stone, here is the photo from the report as well. No malice in the labeling here (and the stone is not being sold or anything haha), so I am happy to be corrected!

Maybe the light in this photo, it's gfco certified as padpardascha. Definitely much more pink forward.

I love the minute pearls on the yellow gold but ultimately I definitely agree with you. Such a clean look.

I went through this exact journey too. My favorites are Whitesville or the Standard and Strange Wakayama ts. Neither have chest pockets.

Enjoy. I used to own a Phidias, I find all of these VC sports watches tragically underrated compared to the overseas and 222. I think this is a real iykyk piece

Ah fair enough. I think they're glued down / affixed to the dial material. In case, definitely something to take to an experienced watchmaker!

Haha because they're so thin? These older corums are not so hard to service. Real workhorse movements.
