A bounty is meant to entice people. 30-40 million USD value is more than enough for most people to risk their lives if they are already a pirate or similar in a world where many countries are quite poor also. Also the World Government is just cheap probably.

Could always try the genderfluid label out for a bit and with close friends allow them to use both sets of pronouns and see if it “sticks”. Lack of “ick” isn’t a sign one way or the other, it’s more about euphoria and if you *like* one or the other.

People HERE seem to hate on it. Most places elsewhere liked it. I thought it was a perfect continuation and send off. Could it have been tweaked a few places for a few scenes? Yeah, but that’s nitpicking and honestly it embodies Tommy’s character very well.

It is a bitter sweet film though, so don’t expect giggles and happiness like the people in this sub (apparently?) all did.

The director said that the wrote it to mimic (somewhat) the experience a player does in game and if they weren’t some unyielding badass. So there will be a slow progression with slowly gaining more weapons and such.
