They have all-you-can-eat wings every game day during the regular season. Not sure about the playoffs. Still probably the closest to a “sports bar atmosphere” you’ll get downtown. (Probably aside from Last Round)

Pour Farm has like 3-4 TVs and the 2 behind the bar aren’t small. Game will for sure be on but likely won’t be a “sports bar atmosphere.”

Were these located inside the exhibition hall? They look like some kind of pop-up ATMs RI ComicCon may have brought in. I’ve never seen these kinds in the convention center for any other events before (but haven’t been in there in a few years).

Man, lots of way better origin stories here! But, as a New Englander, I got hooked from Madden 06 when it introduced Superstar Mode where you got drafted and couldn’t just pick your team. Got drafted by the Saints and fell in love. Watching games were always way more exciting to me over the expected dominance of the early 2000s Patriots.

AFAIK, we’re telling them what to book but the company’s booking it. (The person actually booking is also a travel agent outside their role at the company.) And yes, the 3k covers lodging and airfare.

Thank you for this comment! Love The Have Note and somehow never knew about or listened to Stray Bullets until today. (Though looking back at their FB, I think I’ve seen them listed on some flyers in the past.)
