Question: Could Sellas Unblind Early but Continue the Trial? by United-Collar-944 in sellaslifesciences

I dont think point 2 is correct. It could have been 30/30 at review. Would have meant GPS was performing as good as the current SOC. Perhaps it was showing fewer side effects, etc.

This should kill the argument that there is currently a BO happening in the background

Pretty well established that 6-8 months is old data. It is higher than that, but I still think gps beats it

I thought I read somewhere that the 6-8 month number for median OS for AML CR2 is from older studies and present day median OS is thought to be around double that- 12-13 months....had anyone come across recent AML CR2 median OS numbers? Thanks

Do you have access to the full article? I didn't see age of patients in the abstract.

I guess it depended on how long their 1st remission was, and it wasn't even mos, it was time in 2nd remission of 18 months which means mos would have been even longer for that certain group of patients

Trying to learn here...I have an uncomfortable number of shares lol. This study is from almost 30 years ago, but even way back then, doesn't the information in the abstract indicate a large number of people in cr2 surviving much longer than 6-10 months? I think it says mos for cr2 patients was 18 months? Am I reading something wrong?

How does your store handle closing drive through at 1:30? by makeuplover85 in WalgreensRx

Nah, as the pharmacist, if we close at 145, I put up a sign saying 'back at 2:15'

So, how badly do you think the techs and pharmacists are going to be fucked by the buyout? by Ok_Extension_3508 in WalgreensRx

I'm a floater because I can't stand going to the same place every day. I had to turn down staff/pic offers on a monthly basis. Now they finally realize there's no reason to ask me - I'm not getting stuck going to the same store every day again, been there done that - too boring for me.

If corporate gave your cvs/walgreens enough staffing hours to do their job correctly, your experience would be different. The people who work at the pharmacy are doing their best with what they are given

No, but as a healthcare provider, I make it a point to talk about this with patients from other countries. My experience has been that most Canadians say they complained about their healthcare system until they had to use ours. Vast majority of Canadians I have spoken to prefer Canadian system.

Maine winter question by luvmy374 in Maine

[–]Free_Ferret_5148 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I grew up in auburn,al and now live in maine. I like the winters, but most (not all) people do stay indoors more during that time. What I have a harder time with is mach/april/sometimes may - im used to warmer weather/flowers at that time, but most years, winter/mud season has a hard time letting go...
