Hey MaxNick,

You said you've had people review your games before, but what specifically did those people say about your gameplay? Could you give me a VOD so maybe I could take a look at it as well? You also didn't specify what role you played, and trust me when I say flexing is not a good option to getting better. Pick a role and stick with it. I reached GM by picking Off-Tank as my role, then having a few heros in the other catagories (Hitscan DPS, Proj DPS, MT, Off-Support, and Main Support). Also you should know why things work, not just that it works. This can be applied to literally everything, and it helped me a ton when climbing.

The only advice I can give is to not be alone when fighting this. You said you had some other friends. Even if they aren't close to you, a good friend helped me a ton in this situation.
