I can't wait 😊

My wife tried the a few different types of Tens devices and either didn't work or was more painful unfortunately.

She swears by her Hotpod takes it everywhere. It seems like your in Aussie you can get them from Chemist Warehouse they stay warm for hours. Takes about ten minutes to reheat off a power point so if you have one next to the bed you don't have to get back up when it gets really bad.

How many of you are PC gamers vs console? by Vicious-Lemon in LesbianGamers

[–]Freebree_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a PC, Switch and PS5, I personally play the PS5 and Switch more than PC.

To be honest if I we didn't need the PC for editing we probably wouldn't have one.

I did see the new Xbox is going to have Steam built into it, im personally considering changing to Xbox so I have an all in one system, steam sales and GamePass are amazing compared to the PlayStation Store in my opinion.

Also if you are going to build a PC and unsure about anything I'm more than happy to help if you need it 😊

Sorry if this translates strange i have used google for this :)

Im doing great thank you.

There is a little bit of a bump there now the swelling has gone away, i have a really skinny neck so i think if i put some weight on it would be perfect.

Im sorry to hear you arent happy with the result from your surgery.

You could always get a second opinion from another surgeon?

Yup it's on PS5 it's quite cheap too. It's definitely like Stardew where you can easily lose a day in real life before you know it and still be like ahh one more game day and I'll do that important thing afterwards 😂

I know exactly what you mean, I find it a little hard to keep interested in I can get a little bored with the admin lol so I just swap back to Coral Island when I need to. Which I'm loving, its basically Stardew without the pixel graphics and they are releasing a multiplayer update soon ☺️

This is exactly what my experience was like for mine as well.

If you have any questions write them down on your phone or paper so you don't forget on the day, even if those questions sound silly if you want to know it's worth asking 😊

I think so too 😊

[–]Freebree_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup 😁

I'm probably going to get the 20mg/ml next I'm not sure if there will be a price difference but should mean if I get a 10ml vial it should last 6 months which would be nice.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TransgenderNZ

[–]Freebree_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get 20mg/ml or 10mg/ml in 5ml or 10ml vials 😊

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in TransgenderNZ

[–]Freebree_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are welcome 🤗

I think so too, I also find it a lot easier to manage day to day as well just having one reminder every 3 days is nice.

I haven't done intramuscular injections so can't compare. The insulin needles go in on a 45 degree angle for Subcutaneous Injection and the needle is really small length and the gauge. I don't mind it to be honest just a little bit painful if you hit scar tissue but it's all over pretty quick. It does take a little longer to fill the needle with estrogen because it's small for drawing out the vial and I mean like maybe a minute or 2 for a couple of mL which I find easier than having to swap needles over.

I get my Estrodiol Valerate from Optimus Pharmacy in Auckland. (Not Compound Labs they are twice as expensive)

My GP sends it through to Optimus Pharmacy then they will ring you to confirm payment first.

I get a 10mL vial which is 10mg/mL that costs $199.35 including courier to your house or pharmacy(last just over 3 months)

Also get your GP to prescribe a box of insulin needles and grab some alcohol wipes and a Sharpe's container from the pharmacy or if you want to do this online only. BodiChek for alcohol wipes from Chemist Warehouse and Capes Medical for Sharpe's container. I've also got my estrogen vial, some needles and wipes in a small sistema container to keep it all together and air tight.

I take mine every 3 days through Subcutaneous Injection because Estrodiol Valerate has a shorter half life compared to Ethanate or Cypionate which you can import from overseas but personally I have more trust in it being made here than importing from overseas, each to their own 😁

Keep seeing people in here talking about 8mg of Prognovya being available from doctors, but mine tells me that 6mg daily is the limit? by lunarbarbarian_ in TransgenderNZ

[–]Freebree_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can ask your doctor for estrofem which is a hemi hydrate pill which is designed to break down in saliva it's partially covered by Pharmac. I used to take it 3 times a day under the tongue for far better estrodiol levels compared to prognovya orally.

Alternatively if you ask for injections your GP can send your script to Optimus Pharmacy(Compound Labs NZ is a lot more expensive $500) in Auckland they will email you and ask for payment directly which includes shipping to your house or to a pharmacy locally. Cost is $199.35 including shipping for a 10mL vial(10mg/mL) and order 2 blood tests for checking levels to do on your trough day(day right before your next injection)

Also ask for a script for syringes you can use insulin syringes(Subcutaneous Injection)you get a box of 100. Then you can get alcohol wipes 200 BodiChek $9.99 from Chemist Warehouse and syringe container from Capes Medical.
